Fenomena Bullying Pada Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kotaraja Kota Jayapura

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi fenomena bullying di SDN Kotaraja Kota Jayapura, dengan fokus pada bentuk perilaku bullying yaitu verbal dan fisik. Metode observasi dan wawancara mengungkap bahwa bullying verbal, seperti ejekan menggunakan nama orang tua dan penghinaan fisik, serta bullying fisik berupa tindakan memukul dan memalak, sering terjadi di sekolah tersebut. Faktor penyebab bullying meliputi pengaruh keluarga, teman sebaya, dan faktor individu. Upaya penanganan di SDN Kotaraja melibatkan program anti-bullying, konseling, pendidikan karakter, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, dan pengawasan ketat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan komprehensif dalam mengatasi bullying dan perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap program-program yang diterapkan untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan mendukung.
