Industri bisnis saat ini menghadapi persaingan yang sangat ketat, sehingga perusahaan harus merancang strategi yang efektif untuk memenangkan persaingan dan meningkatkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di UD. Karya Jati Nganjuk, khususnya dari segi harga, promosi, dan kualitas produk. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 40 konsumen sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas produk masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
