Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Islami dalam Pengembangan Mindset Kewirausahaan Kreatif dan Inovatif di Kalangan Gen Z

Di era digital, Generasi Z menghadapi tantangan dalam mengembangkan mindset entrepreneur yang kreatif, inovatif, dan Islami. Pendidikan di MAN 1 Kabupaten Cirebon memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa sebagai calon entrepreneur yang bersaing di dunia global tanpa mengesampingkan identitas religius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan siswa memiliki potensi besar dalam kewirausahaan, tetapi pemahaman etika bisnis Islami masih terbatas. Faktor pendukung termasuk lingkungan sekolah dan dukungan guru, sedangkan kurangnya pemahaman etika dan keterbatasan sumber daya menjadi penghambat. Pembahasan menekankan perlunya integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam kurikulum kewirausahaan.
