Penelitian mengenai kewajiban dan hak narapidana lansia hasil Implementasi dari Permenkumham No 32 Tahun 2018 ini membahas tentang kewajiban-kewajiban apa saja yang harus dipenuhi oleh narapidana lansia saat berada dalam lapas, selain itu, petugas juga perlu memenuhi hak-hak apa saja yang wajib diberikan kepada narapidana untuk memastikan narapidana lansia ini Sejahtera sesuai dengan Hak Asasi Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normative yang mana Permenkumham No 32 Tahun 2018 sebagai landasan dalam penelitian ini, selain itu, penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan karena seluruh data dalam penelitian didapat melalui studi pustaka, mulai dari jurnal, website, buku, dan lainnya.
