Hubungan antara Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram dengan Citra Diri Pada Remaja

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan citra diri pada remaja akhir. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 114 orang remaja akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner online melalui googleforms. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Product Moment Correlation dari Karl Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,312 dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,005), mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan citra diri. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,098 yang mengindikasikan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram menyumbang 9,8% terhadap citra diri, sementara 90,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
