Berdasarkan data UPT. Puskesmas Dondo, Desa Tinabogan Kecamatan Dondo kabupaten Tolitoli, Jumlah pasien di ruangan UGD Puskesmas sekitar 1825 pasien sepanjang tahun 2023 dan 40% Berada Dalam Kategori Kegawat daruratan Triase Kuning. Dimana, anggota keluarga mengalami kecemasan akibat anggota keluarga yang dibawa ke IGD. Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini keluarga pasien yang berkunjung ke IGD dalam 3 bulan terakhir sebanayak 132 responden, sampel sebanyak 57 responden, menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Hasil uji chi-square didapatkan nilai p = 0.001 kecil sama dengan nilai a = 0.05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan peran perawat edukator dengan kecemasan keluarga pasien triase kuning di ruangan unit gawat darurat UPT. Puskesmas Dondo. Terdapat hubungan peran perawat edukator terhadap kecemasan keluarga pasien triase kuning di ruangan UGD UPT Puskesmas Dondo. Bagi UPT Puskesmas Dondo agar memberikan kesempatan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada perawat agar kualitas pelayanan di IGD semakin meningkat
