Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dikaji, masih terjadi adanya kesalahan pada atlet pétanque Jawa Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui program latihan shooting atlet putri Jawa Timur pada persiapan PON tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah R&D (research and development). Hasil penelitian yang didapat pada penelitian ini adalah pada persiapan atlet putri Jawa Timur untuk PON 2024 menggunakan berbagai jenis latihan shooting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan performa atlet agar mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal.
