Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru melalui Supervisi Akademik dalam Menyusun RPP di SD Negeri 12 Padang Lua

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang dilakukan melalui dua siklus. Langkah-langkah dalam siklus PTS terdiri dari empat rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam siklus yang berulang yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil refleksi siklus pertama dijadikan bahan untuk dilanjutkan ke siklus ke dua. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru di SD Negeri 12 Padang Lua. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen supervisi, hasil penyusunan RPP, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi.Dari prosespenelitiantindakan sekolah yang di lakukan di SD Negeri 12 Padang Lua dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil analisis data menunjukkan supervisi yang telah dilaksanakan oleh peneliti sangat tepat karena telah memenuhi sasaran yang dinginkan, sehingga kemampuan guru semakin meningkat. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan pada siklus I rata-rata kemampuan guru 72,83. Pada siklus II rata-rata kemampuan guru meningkat menjadi 83,33.
