Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Tri Sapta Jaya. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di PT. Try Sapta Jaya yang berjumlah 60 Pegawai. Diperoleh jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti adalah sebesar 60 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran data Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengalaman Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pengalaman Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Tri Sapta Jaya.
