Era digital telah mengubah cara bisnis berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, pemasok, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Teknologi yang terus berkembang membuka akses yang lebih mudah dan luas terhadap informasi, sehingga reputasi bisnis menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan kepercayaan publik. Etika profesi memainkan peran krusial dalam membentuk dan mempertahankan reputasi bisnis di era digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas pentingnya etika profesi dalam membangun reputasi bisnis, terutama dalam konteks tantangan digital saat ini. Melalui analisis literatur dan studi kasus, jurnal ini memberikan gambaran mengenai bagaimana penerapan etika profesi dapat meningkatkan kredibilitas dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap suatu bisnis.
