Abstract

Teknologi modern telah mempermudah banyak kebutuhan di berbagai bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Untuk mencegah kesalahan dan manipulasi data, SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi membutuhkan aplikasi presensi untuk mencatat kehadiran guru dan karyawan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi E-Presensi Guru berbasis Android dengan fitur GPS dan Photo Selfie di SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancang bangun sistem aplikasi yang dapat menghimpun data tentang kehadiran, sakit, izin, dan cuti karyawan sekolah di SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa aplikasi E-Presensi dimaksudkan untuk mempercepat proses presensi di SMAN 1 Bukit Sundi dengan memungkinkan pencatatan otomatis yang akurat dan memudahkan pengolahan data. Dengan fitur GPS, selfie, dan kolaborasi antara aplikasi Android dan dashboard admin web, data presensi yang aman, mudah dipahami, dan real-time diberikan kepada pengguna dan admin.
