Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para pembaca tentang perilaku peserta didik di sekolah, ditinjau dari aspek psikologis yang berfokus pada tingkah laku dalam konteks pembelajaran. Data yang dianalisis dalam artikel ini bersifat konseptual dan didasarkan pada tinjauan pustaka yang telah dilakukan. Perilaku yang dimaksud mencakup karakteristik peserta didik, perkembangan psikologis, pola hidup, serta nilai yang berkembang secara teratur, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada perubahan tingkah laku yang lebih baik. Karakter siswa dapat dianggap sebagai ciri khas yang dimiliki oleh setiap siswa, baik secara individu maupun kelompok, yang harus diperhitungkan dalam proses organisasi pembelajaran.
