Studi ini menyelidiki kasus pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan Nia Kurnia Sari dari perspektif psikologi dan filsafat etis untuk memahami dimensi kompleks di balik tindak kekerasan yang mengakhiri hidup korban. Fokus utama terletak pada hubungan antara faktor psikologis pelaku dan nilai-nilai moral masyarakat, serta bagaimana sistem hukum menginterpretasikan konsep keadilan dalam kasus kekerasan seksual dan pembunuhan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang cara pandang masyarakat terhadap kejahatan dan etika dalam penegakan hukum, serta membuka dialog tentang kebijakan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual. metode studi kasus untuk menganalisis faktor psikologis dan etis dalam kasus pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan terhadap Nia Kurnia Sari dan mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur.
