Eksplorasi Perubahan Preferensi Konsumsi Makanan Tradisional Nusantara terhadap Makanan Korea di Era Globallisasi Pada Masyarakat Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak globalisasi terhadap perubahan preferensi konsumsi makanan di masyarakat perkotaan, dengan fokus pada pergeseran dari makanan tradisional Nusantara ke makanan Korea, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Fenomena ini mencerminkan betapa kuatnya pengaruh globalisasi dan teknologi media sosial dalam memperkenalkan budaya kuliner asing yang akhirnya berdampak pada adopsi tren dan gaya hidup baru. Melalui metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa daya tarik estetika, kepraktisan, dan citra modern dari makanan Korea lebih menarik bagi masyarakat dibandingkan dengan makanan tradisional. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi bahwa pentingnya inovasi dalam penyajian makanan tradisional Nusantara sehingga tetap bertahan di era globalisasi sekaligus mampu menarik minat konsumen muda.
