Inovasi Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan di MTs

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di salah satu MTS di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan kepala madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi seperti penerapan e-learning, pengembangan kurikulum integratif, dan program pelatihan guru secara rutin telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, peningkatan keterampilan guru, serta kepuasan siswa dan orang tua. Namun, terdapat hambatan seperti keterbatasan anggaran, kompetensi awal guru yang rendah, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan manajemen pendidikan madrasah dan merekomendasikan penguatan dukungan pemerintah serta pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk guru sebagai langkah strategis dalam mendukung keberlanjutan inovasi.
