Abstract

Anuitas adalah serangkaian pembayaran moneter di mana jumlah tetap (sama atau tidak) dibayarkan secara berkala selama jangka waktu yang telah ditentukan. Secara umum, anuitas merupakan mekanisme pembayaran sejumlah uang tetap yang terakumulasi secara konsisten pada interval waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Woolhouse dalam menentukan nilai tunai anuitas berjangka dengan suku bunga kontinu berdasarkan Tabel Mortalita Indonesia IV (TMI IV) 2019. Metode Woolhouse digunakan untuk menghitung nilai tunai anuitas dengan pembayaran tahunan maupun berkala secara kontinu, memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat dibandingkan metode konvensional. Studi ini juga menginvestigasi pengaruh usia, tingkat suku bunga, dan frekuensi pembayaran terhadap nilai tunai anuitas.
