Analisis Konflik Interpersonal di PT Pranala Bisnis Mandiri Tunggul Hitam Kota Padang: Pendekatan Mediasi dan Negosiasi

Penelitian ini menganalisis konflik interpersonal dan efektivitas pendekatan mediasi serta negosiasi dalam penyelesaian konflik di PT. Pranala Bisnis Mandiri Tunggul Hitam, Kota Padang. Menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian dilaksanakan selama periode Januari-Desember 2024, melibatkan 25 informan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi metode, mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga kategori utama konflik: konflik struktural (45%), konflik komunikasi (35%), dan konflik kepentingan (20%). Implementasi pendekatan mediasi menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 84.7%, dengan mediator internal menunjukkan efektivitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan mediator eksternal (90% vs 75%). Strategi negosiasi berbasis kepentingan mencapai tingkat keberlanjutan kesepakatan 85% setelah enam bulan implementasi. Program pengembangan kapasitas mediator internal berkontribusi pada peningkatan keberhasilan mediasi sebesar 25%. Dampak positif terhadap kinerja organisasi tercermin dalam peningkatan kepuasan kerja (32%), komitmen organisasi (28%), produktivitas tim (25%), dan penurunan turnover (40%).
