Upaya Preventif Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Hak Cipta Lagu dalam Industri Karaoke di Bandar Lampung

Industri karaoke, sebagai bentuk hiburan yang melibatkan lagu atau melodi serta lirik ciptaan, memerlukan perlindungan hukum yang memastikan hak cipta pemegang lagu terlindungi. Tanpa lisensi yang sah, pemutaran lagu dapat melanggar hak cipta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya preventif perlindungan hukum terhadap hak cipta lagu dalam industri karaoke di Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya preventif dilakukan dengan melakukan perjanjian lisensi dan memperpanjang masa berlakunya lisensi agar tidak kedaluwarsa, sehingga pemutaran lagu dapat dilakukan secara sah dan hak cipta pemegang lagu tetap terlindungi.
