Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan PT. Semen Baturaja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan time series 11 (sebelas) tahun yaitu periode 2013-2023 Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (Uji T) Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) Thitung < Ttabel (-0,432 <2,4469) dan nilai signifikansi > taraf signifikan (0,681 > 0,05). Maka kesimpulannya Working Capital Turnover (WCTO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Hasil penelitian untuk Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Thitung > Ttabel (0,373 < 2,4469) dan nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikan (0,722 > 0.05). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Sedangkan untuk Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Thitung < Ttabel (-4.455 > 2,4469 ) dan nilai signifikansi > taraf signifikan (0.003 < 0.05). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh positif terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). dan untuk Current Ratio (CR) Thitung < Ttabel (0,564 < 0,590) dan nilai signifikansi < tarif signifikansi (0,564 >0,593) jadi kesimpulannya adalah Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) dapat diketahui nilai Fhitung sebesar 53.610 lebih besar dari Ftabel sebesar 4,53 atau 61.353> 4,53, sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.01 lebih kecil dari 0.05 atau <0.01 < 0.05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Working Capital Turnover (WCTO), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA).
