Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Teks Berita Kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Padang

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Padang sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran project based learning, dan menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Padang yang terdafar pada tahun ajaran 2024—2025 sebanyak 382 siswa yang diwakili oleh sampel kelas XI F 4 berjumlah 36 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model project based learning berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis teks berita siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 14 Padang. Berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh hasil thitung>ttabel (6,30>1,69) sehingga hipotesisi (H1) diterima pada taraf signifikan 95% dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = n─1.
