Implementasi Metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) dan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dalam Analisis K3 Pada Pengoperasian Mesin Bubut di PT. XYZ

Pengenalan terhadap potensi bahaya Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan langkah dalam menjaga keamanan pekerja. Dalam industri manufaktur, khususnya pada pengoperasian mesin bubut, risiko kecelakaan seperti terkena serpihan material sering terjadi. Penelitian ini menganalisis potensi bahaya serta memberikan rekomendasi pengendalian menggunakan metode Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) dan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) di PT XYZ. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat potensi bahaya yang dapat berdampak pada keselamatan pekerja. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi pelatihan K3 bagi karyawan, penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), pemasangan visual display penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), perawatan rutin mesin, serta penyediaan alat bantu kerja. Implementasi strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja terhadap pentingnya K3 serta mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja.
