Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah remaja di Indonesia berbanding lurus dengan meningkatnya masalah kesehatan mental. Banyak remaja yang mengalami Body Image negatif dan Self Esteem yang rendah, hal ini mempengaruhi kemampuan remaja dalam berinteraksi sosial, terutama terkait dengan rasa takut akan penolakan (Fear Of Rejection). Jika ketakutan ini tidak teratasi dapat menyebabkan kecemasan sosial, penarikan diri dan depresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross section sampel diambil dengan Teknik stratified random sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 237 siswi di SMP Islam Al-Hikmah Mayong dengan jumlah sampel 148 siswi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner lalu dilakukan pengolahan data dengan pemeriksaan data (editing), pemberian kode (coding), memasukan data (entry data) dan dianalisis menggunakan chi square.
