Faktor penentu pendapatan UMKM Kota Ternate menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital, platform seperti Go-food (X1) kini menjadi sarana potensial untuk membantu pemasaran produk UMKM. Selain itu, skala usaha (X2) dan modal usaha (X3) turut dianalisis dalam penelitian ini sebagai penentu dalam pengembangan bisnis UMKM, dengan fokus utama pada pendapatan UMKM (Y) sebagai variabel dependen.
