Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berperan penting dalam mencegah kecelakaan kerja, dengan perilaku pekerja sebagai faktor utama. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas implementasi K3 di pabrik semen Bogor berdasarkan pelatihan K3, lingkungan kerja, dan evaluasi program. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain sequential explanatory, metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel, lalu metode kualitatif memperdalam hasilnya. Analisis dengan SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan K3 yang efektif, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta evaluasi yang tepat meningkatkan perilaku kerja aman. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap K3.
