Minimnya Fasilitas Pendukung: Akar Masalah Pendidikan Inklusi di Sekolah Sumatra Utara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari minimnya fasilitas pendukung dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusi di Sumatra Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mengumpulkan data dengan mencari dan membaca berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah-sekolah di Sumatra Utara masih menghadapi kendala signifikan dalam penyediaan fasilitas pendukung bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), meliputi sarana fisik (aksesibilitas bangunan, ruang terapi, toilet khusus) dan sumber daya manusia (guru pendamping khusus, terapis, psikologi). Dampak dari kondisi ini mengakibatkan ABK masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses pendidikan, berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran, dan mengembangkan potensi mereka dengan tepat.
