Peningkatan suhu inti tubuh yang disebabkan oleh latihan dapat berdampak negatif pada kinerja dan dapat menyebabkan perkembangan penyakit yang berhubungan dengan panas. Penggunaan teknik pendinginan sebelum (pra-pendinginan), selama (pra-pendinginan) atau langsung setelah (pasca-pendinginan) latihan dapat membatasi peningkatan suhu inti tubuh dan karenanya meningkatkan kinerja latihan. Tujuan dari tinjauan ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Colling Down dan Warming Up Terhadap Kesehatan Atlet . Penelitian ini diolah dengan metode kajian pustaka (literature review) berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh Colling Down dan Warming Up Terhadap Kesehatan Atlet.
