Efektivitas Supervisi Akademik Berbasis Teknologi untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru di Era 4.0 di Kota Pekanbaru

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut transformasi dalam pendekatan supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi efektivitas supervisi akademik berbasis teknologi di Kota Pekanbaru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang mencakup aspek pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan personal. Menggunakan pendekatan mix-method, data dikumpulkan melalui survei, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi terhadap guru-guru sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi dalam supervisi akademik, seperti aplikasi evaluasi dan platform pembelajaran daring, berdampak signifikan pada peningkatan keterampilan guru. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan pentingnya penguatan infrastruktur teknologi dan pelatihan literasi digital untuk mendukung implementasi yang lebih luas. Rekomendasi mencakup pengembangan aplikasi yang lebih user-friendly serta penyediaan program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru.
