Program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan intensif kepada anggota KKG guru PAUD di Kota Bekasi dalam mengimplementasikan pengembangan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membekali para guru dengan keterampilan praktis, metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dengan membangun kolaborasi orang tua dan komunitas sehingga dapat membentuk karakter siswa sesuai dengan visi Indonesia Emas. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu 1) Pemetaan Kebutuhan, 2) Pendidikan, 3) Evaluasi. implementasi pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) diaplikasikan di lingkungan sekolah dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka dilihat dari Prinsip Dasar PAUD, Tema P5 PAUD, Kegiatan Projek PAUD, Peran Guru dan Lingkungan, Penilaian di PAUD
