Effect of Sensor and based NPK on the Growth of Kale (Brassica oleracea var. acephala) Cultivated Hydroponically

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas sistem hidroponik otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan sensor NPK dan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang berasal dari daun Gliricidia sepium dengan metode pemberian nutrisi secara manual dalam budidaya kailan (Brassica oleracea var. acephala). Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua perlakuan dan dua ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar, dan berat kering. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t independen pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem otomatis berbasis IoT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah daun, luas daun, berat segar, dan berat kering, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman. Sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan nutrisi, mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman, dan menghasilkan hasil panen yang lebih optimal.
