Pengaruh Marketability, Penghargaan Finansial, dan Pelatihan terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berkarier sebagai Akuntan Publik Era 5.0

Minat mahasiswa akuntansi pada era Society 5.0 terhadap pekerjaan akuntan publik diteliti dalam penelitian ini melalui sudut pandang daya tarik (marketability), manfaat finansial, dan pelatihan profesional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan partisipasi mahasiswa akuntansi dari Universitas Slamet Riyadi di Surakarta. Untuk percobaan ini, 214 mahasiswa dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Menggunakan SPSS, kami meneliti hasil survei. Regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, reliabilitas, validitas, dan uji asumsi klasik semuanya digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa akuntansi untuk menjadi akuntan publik dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel independent tersebut.
