Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kompetensi guru dalam mendesain dan mengimplementasikan proyek P5 dan PPRA di MAN 1 Plus Keterampilan Bengkalis. Penelitian kualitatif ini berfokus pada tiga aspek, yaitu desain proyek, implementasi proyek, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional yang baik dalam menyusun modul ajar berbasis proyek. Dalam implementasinya, guru mampu bertindak sebagai fasilitator aktif, membangun komunikasi dua arah, dan mendorong kolaborasi siswa, meskipun menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan perbedaan karakteristik peserta didik. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan proyek meliputi dukungan madrasah, fasilitas memadai, kolaborasi antarguru, dan antusiasme siswa. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan waktu, kesiapan guru yang bervariasi, tumpang tindih tugas, serta beragam karakter siswa. Secara umum, pelaksanaan proyek berjalan positif dan mendukung penguatan karakter berbasis nilai Pancasila dan Islam.
