Implementasi Bad Behavior Charts (BBC) dalam Membentuk Karakter Disiplin Peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar

Kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang berpengaruh besar terhadap pembentukan karakter dan kesuksesan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Bad Behavior Charts sebagai strategi peningkatan kedisiplinan peserta didik di SD serta implikasi dan pengembangannya dalam konteks pembelajaran abad 21. Metode yang digunakan yakni metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi Bad Behavior Charts dapat memberikan dampak yang positif, terutama menumbuhkan kesadaran akan konsekuensi dari setiap tindakan. Hal tersebut sesuai dalam kajian psikologi dan pendekatan konseling. Dalam konteks pembelajaran abad 21 pengembangan Bad Behavior Charts juga bertujuan mengembangkan self-regulation, growth mindset, dan kesadaran sosial–emosional pada peserta didik.
