Mengembangkan Keterampilan Motorik Halus dan Kasar Melalui Olahraga di Sekolah Dasar

Perkembangan keterampilan motorik, baik halus maupun kasar, merupakan bagian penting dalam proses pertumbuhan anak usia sekolah dasar. Namun, pemanfaatan kegiatan olahraga di lingkungan sekolah masih belum optimal dalam mendukung aspek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengulas peran olahraga dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik anak di jenjang sekolah dasar. Kajian dilakukan melalui telaah pustaka terhadap berbagai sumber referensi dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa olahraga yang dirancang secara terstruktur dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan koordinasi, keseimbangan, serta kekuatan otot. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya keterlibatan guru pendidikan jasmani dan peran kurikulum dalam merancang aktivitas fisik yang mendukung perkembangan anak secara menyeluruh.
