Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) melalui Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) pada Materi Menulis Karya Ilmiah

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis karya ilmiah siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT) yang dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif di kelas XI-2 SMA Negeri 5 Jember pada semester genap 2024/2025, melibatkan 24 siswa dengan latar belakang budaya beragam. Terdiri atas dua siklus, setiap tahap mencakup perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Model NHT digunakan untuk mendorong kerja sama aktif, sementara pendekatan CRT memastikan pembelajaran relevan dengan budaya siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi tulisan, dan penilaian rubrik. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: ketuntasan belajar naik dari 20,83% (pra-siklus), 54,17% (siklus I), hingga 83,33% (siklus II). Pembelajaran ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas tulisan, kerja kelompok, dan keterkaitan topik dengan budaya siswa.
