Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi komunitas English Club terhadap pemanfaatan koleksi berbahasa Inggris di UPA Perpustakaan Universitas Jambi. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dari 185 responden yang dipilih secara acak dari total populasi 300 anggota komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal seperti kebutuhan, motif, dan minat, serta faktor eksternal seperti kelengkapan koleksi, keterampilan pustakawan, dan fasilitas temu kembali, secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat pemanfaatan koleksi berbahasa Inggris. Temuan ini menjadi dasar penting dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan literasi bahasa Inggris di lingkungan akademik Universitas Jambi.
