Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat ada atau tidaknya pengaruh struktur kepemilikan perusahaan dalam keputusan strategis perusahaan, dengan berdasarkan pada pendekatan asosiatif kausal serta data sekunder seperti annual report dari perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar dalam BEI selama tahun 2021-2023. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk mengambil sampel, serta menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dalam pengolahan datanya. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwasanya kepemilikan oleh individu asing cenderung memiliki peran yang cukup berarti dalam memengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan.
