Kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada perusahaan logistik di Siborongborong. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang mampu memberikan motivasi, komunikasi yang baik, serta menjadi teladan bagi bawahannya, berperan besar dalam meningkatkan semangat dan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan gaya kepemimpinan agar kinerja karyawan terus meningkat.
