Analisis Keberagaman, Kurikulum, Asesmen, dan Manajemen Penerapan Pendidikan Inklusi di SDN Tanjung Mas

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan inklusi di SD Negeri Tanjung Mas, Semarang, dengan fokus pada kebijakan, keberagaman peserta didik, kurikulum, asesmen, pengelolaan kelas, dan manajemen pengembangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif non-aktif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah menerapkan prinsip dasar pendidikan inklusi, namun masih terdapat tantangan dalam hal kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, dan adaptasi kurikulum. Asesmen dilakukan secara individual dengan modifikasi indikator capaian pembelajaran. Pengelolaan kelas menggunakan model reguler dengan cluster. Manajemen pengembangan pendidikan inklusi telah dilakukan, namun belum optimal karena kurangnya Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK) dan pelatihan khusus bagi guru. Disarankan adanya peningkatan dukungan dan pelatihan bagi guru serta pemenuhan sarana prasarana yang memadai.
