Pasar Uang Syariah di Indonesia dan Dubai: Perbedaan dan Persamaan dalam Implementasi Prinsip Syariah

Artikel ini mengkaji implementasi pasar uang syariah di Indonesia dan Dubai secara komparatif, dengan fokus pada aspek regulasi, instrumen keuangan, dan prinsip syariah. Meskipun keduanya berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam seperti larangan riba dan penggunaan akad halal, pendekatannya berbeda. Indonesia cenderung sentralistik dan konservatif dengan dominasi otoritas, sedangkan Dubai mengedepankan fleksibilitas, inovasi, dan keterbukaan global. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan serta peluang strategis, seperti fragmentasi regulasi, keterbatasan produk, dan harmonisasi fatwa. Rekomendasi diarahkan pada diversifikasi produk, integrasi sistem antar-lembaga, dan perluasan partisipasi internasional guna mewujudkan pasar uang syariah yang kompetitif, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan secara global.
