Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konsep diri terhadap motivasi berprestasi matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui Multi Stage Random Sampling berjumlah 94 siswa kelas IX SMP Swasta di Jakarta. Analisa data dilakukan melalui statistik Regresi linier sederhana. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Konsep Diri terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Matematika siswa. Konsep diri sangat mempengaruhi dalam menentukan sikap siswa untuk motivasi berprestasi. ketika seseorang yakin akan kemampuannya tentunya akan terdorong untuk semakin berprestasi. Konsep diri adalah motivasi internal yang mendorong siswa untuk mencapai kesuksesan dan kinerja yang tinggi dalam mata pelajaran matematika.
