Analisis Kualitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Akademik Menggunakan Model DeLone dan McLean

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas sistem informasi manajemen akademik di perguruan tinggi menggunakan model DeLone dan McLean yang telah diperbarui (DeLone & McLean, 2003). Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 153 responden (sensus) yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan staf administrasi di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 5 poin yang telah divalidasi (Likert, 1932). Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0 (Ringle et al., 2015). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem (β=0.742, p<0.001), kualitas informasi (β=0.683, p<0.001), dan kualitas layanan (β=0.596, p<0.001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kepuasan pengguna juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap net benefit (β=0.718, p<0.001). Model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 67.3% varians pada variabel net benefit. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola sistem informasi akademik untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem guna mencapai manfaat optimal.
