Peran IoT dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Supply Chain dan Loyalitas Pelanggan

Penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas Supply Chain Management (SCM) dan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). IoT memungkinkan pemantauan data secara real-time dan otomatisasi, yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi logistik dan visibilitas dalam proses SCM. Di sisi lain, CRM memperoleh manfaat dari data penggunaan pelanggan yang dikumpulkan melalui perangkat IoT, memungkinkan layanan yang lebih personal dan peningkatan retensi pelanggan. Studi kasus perusahaan global seperti DHL dan Tesla menunjukkan bagaimana sistem berbasis IoT dapat meningkatkan akurasi distribusi dan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi literatur, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa IoT bukan sekadar inovasi teknologi, melainkan juga strategi bisnis yang menghubungkan efisiensi operasional dengan pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar perusahaan di Indonesia mulai mengadopsi IoT secara bertahap, dimulai dari peningkatan logistik, serta menyarankan studi lanjutan berbasis kasus lokal untuk menggali potensi penuh penerapan IoT dalam konteks nasional.
