Analisis Jaringan Seluler Menggunakan K-Means Clustering untuk Identifikasi Daerah Blank Spot dan Non Blank Spot di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

Sebaran jaringan seluler di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman menunjukkan ketimpangan distribusi infrastruktur Base Transceiver Station (BTS), yang menyebabkan munculnya wilayah blank spot atau area tanpa sinyal. K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan wilayah berdasarkan koordinat BTS guna mengetahui tingkat cakupan jaringan. Sebanyak 180 titik BTS dari provider Telkomsel dan Indosat dianalisis dan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga klaster berdasarkan kepadatan dan distribusi geografis. Klaster 1 mewakili wilayah dengan cakupan tinggi, sementara klaster 3 mengindikasikan wilayah dengan cakupan rendah yang tergolong blank spot, seperti Patamuan dan Sungai Geringging. Visualisasi hasil klasterisasi dilakukan dengan Google Earth Pro untuk menampilkan distribusi sinyal secara spasial dan mengidentifikasi lokasi yang membutuhkan intervensi infrastruktur. Hasil analisis ini memberikan dasar rekomendasi pembangunan BTS baru secara tepat sasaran untuk mendukung pemerataan layanan komunikasi di daerah.
