Blended Learning: Alih Pengetahuan Untuk Calon Guru SMK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas penggunaan blended learning bagi calon guru SMK. Efektivitas penggunaan blended learning ditinjau dari efektifitas sosialisasi transfer pengetahuan dan internalisasi transfer pengetahuan bagi calon guru SMK, agar mampu mengadaptasinya untuk pembelajaran di SMK. Secara rinci penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui: (1) efektifitas penggunaan metode dan strategi dalam model blended learning bagi calon guru, (2) efektifitas penggunaan alat, media, dan sumber belajar yang digunakan dalam model blended untuk calon guru, (3) efektifitas pengelolaan pembelajaran pada penggunaan blended berbantuan google classroom bagi calon guru, dan (4) efektifitas hasil belajar menggunakan blended learning bagi calon guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan model dan strategi dalam model blended learning berbantuan Google classroom sangat efektif (3,88) bagi siswa calon guru, (2) Penggunaan alat, media, dan sumber belajar yang digunakan dalam model blended berbantuan google classroom sangat efektif (3,86) bagi mahasiswa calon guru, (3) Manajemen pembelajaran dalam penggunaan google classroom-assisted blended sudah sangat efektif (3,88) bagi calon guru siswa, dan (4) hasil belajar dalam penggunaan hasil blended learning Siswa lebih baik dari sebelum menggunakan blended learning.
