Hubungan Flow At Work dan OCB: Studi Kasus pada Dosen dan Karyawan Pendukung Akademik di Perguruan Tinggi Swasta

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 (44 dosen dan 34 karyawan pendukung akademik) yang bekerja di Universitas X. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan Skala Work-Related Flow Inventory (WOLF) oleh Bakker (2008) dan OCB oleh Organ (2006) yang diadaptasi dari Liman (2018). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara flow at work dan OCB pada dosen dan karyawan pendukung akademik.
