Abstract

Maraknya perubahan yang terjadi pada masa pandemi ini telah mempengaruhi gaya hidup utama di seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Kebutuhan akan mengetahui informasi atau memesan jasa/produk secara online dan real time merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi pada PT. XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen PT. XYZ yang nantinya akan membantu klien dalam pencarian detail informasi, harga, estimasi pengerjaan beserta review. Selain itu, bagi pihak manajemen sistem informasi ini dapat menjadi jalan keluar menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi dan membantu proses transaksi secara online. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode agile dan pendekatan scrum.
