Pengaruh Technostress terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologis Guru di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui pengaruh technostress pada kesejahteraan psikologis guru di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian guru yang mengajar di sekolah menengah atas negeri (SMA Negeri) di kota Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampling dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 70 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Teacher Techno-stress Level Defining Scale dan Psychological Well-Being Scale. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan analisis regresi, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan, artinya adalah jika tingkat stress tinggi maka tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis rendah.
