Pengukuran Usability Google Classroom dari Sisi Tenaga Pengajar SMA Wiyata Dharma Medan

Secara umum, masalah yang ditemukan selama pembelajaran daring di SMA Wiyata Dharma adalah banyaknya keterbatasan dari sisi guru (tenaga pengajar), siswa hingga orang tua. Mulai dari banyaknya orang tua dan siswa yang tidak memahami perkembangan teknologi (gaptek), akses internet yang tidak baik, sulit memahami materi, rasa malas dan siswa/i yang sulit berkonsentrasi selama pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Namun hambatan-hambatan tersebut dapat diatasi jika menemukan media pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satunya adalah penggunaan Google Classroom yang diklaim dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Namun, dengan berbagai kemampuan yang dimiliki Google Classroom tersebut, masih banyak tenaga pengajar (guru-guru) di SMA Wiyata Dharma yang merasakan kesulitan dalam penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat usability dari platform Google Classroom yang digunakan oleh SMA Swasta Wiyata Dharma selama dua tahun belakangan ini dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS).
