Dianggap sebagai praktik pertama dan utama dari manajemen sumber daya manusia, perencanaan sumber daya manusia memainkan peran besar. Basis teoretis dari praktik perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia telah diselidiki secara rinci dalam artikel ini. Penulis telah berusaha untuk meliput dan menyajikan literatur yang komprehensif tentang praktik penting Sumber Daya Manusia ini. Pentingnya perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia, tujuan strategisnya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya semuanya tercakup dalam studi literatur ini. Juga, penelitian ini mencakup kerangka kerja dan model perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia dan memberi tahu proses untuk mempertahankan dan memotivasi tenaga kerja organisasi.
