Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat adakah pengaruh Identitas Merek Presepsi Kualitas Produk dan Brand Trust terhadap Loyalitas Merek Smartphon iphone di Kota Ambon. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna smartphone iPhone di kota ambon. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Kuesioner dinilai dengan menggunakan perhitungan skala likert. Alat Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SPSS Versi 24.Hasil Setelah melakukan penelitian serta analisis mengenai identitas merek, persepsi kualitas produk dan brand trust ternyata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap loyalitas merek smartphone iPhone di kota Ambon
